If you see Red bar.....
Do you report them for lagging? What if they use dial up and can't afford good internet?

We have over 1k replies. Wow so many dial up users and mega speed users with red bar regardless.
I feel honored to see multiple threads very similar to mine. Originality seems to be lagging as well now!

The majority of time I'm always green. I've had a couple red bar moments that only lasted 40.seconds or so. If I notice I'm red for most of a match I'll leave when it's over. Point is, reporting every red bar is ineffective. It could be poor matchmaking, or just a blip. I agree if someone is consistently in the red, and they still continue. Then maybe hit them with a bad connection report. There are those of us who watch our connection, and take steps to not hinder other players.
