I remember thinking what the hell did I get once I saw it pop up in my rewards screen. You're right though. I haven't seen it drop ever since for anyone since then and it's been months now. Must be on of the rarest weapons in the game thus far - But the damn thing once fully upgraded one shots oracles as if they didn't exist.
