What type of accident did you have? What injury is it? I suffered a Brachial Plexus Injury due to a motorcycle accident as well. My arm is pretty messed up, but thankfully I still have use of my hand.

Brachial plexus too bro! Glad you still got some function in the hand. I did have nerve grafts back in the day but alas they didn't work!

Oh man, sorry to hear that. My accident was almost 6 years ago. I'm looking to get either a new graft or a Gracilis Muscle Transplant. I wish I had learned how to play with one hand. My hand partly works, but the constant pain and limited function make it hard to do everything... Let alone game. Is that a special controller? If so, Where did you get it? Any tips to learn how to play with one hand? I think I would be better off learning how to use controller single handed.
