My only conclusion is that one of the parents had a child with one of the great-grandparents, producing a grandsister.

So assuming they had kids at like 15 and you need 3 generations, they would be like 45 which is still possible to have a child. I don't know if I'm thinking of this correctly or not, but still.... Gross as hell. Haha

Honestly, I just got nerd-sniped by trying to figure out the ages of all the generations to see if it was even possible for people that generationally separated to even conceive. My conclusion is yes, but it would require hormone treatments to cause premature puberty.
