Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Because it's broken and deserves the nerf and... and... and- I don't rightfully know I found that one nerf pretty weird. Maybe it has to do with the TTK? Just a guess.
