When TTK drops if weapons like the black hammer and gally aren't checked everyone will just rush through all encounters This will also try to make weapons more diverse and not making a few weapons the highlight of the game. Also to put it bluntly to many people using one type of weapon will post it up for a nerf and when they don't use a weapon they will buff it .
