Then why does Bungie promote an exclusionary clan? Again I don't excuse the derogatory comments and harassment but people are going to resent their stance. Ask yourself this: what if someone made a male equivalent to the DoD? Do you really think that clan would be allowed to last very long? Let alone get the free advertising from Bungie.

The thing is that the Dames clan wouldn't need to exist if there was equality in the community. It's like asking why are there exclusionary scholarships to black people. It's a place where they can talk without being harassed. If sexism wasn't a problem then Bungie wouldn't be promoting the group.

Don't compare women and black people. Those ARE NOT remotely comparable. Obviously you feel how you do so be it. Disenfranchising one group to make another feel better is hardly progress though.
