Bounty/Vendor trouble
When I go to Xander 99-40, he only has 4 vanguard bounties and zero crucible bounties. Starting about about a month ago, he would have fewer and fewer crucible bounties available until now, he is empty.
Also, Iron Banner is back, and I am unable to see or buy the Tempered buff, Timur's lash, the wolfy emblem, and one of the shaders. It's really odd.
Is there something I can do to reset this?

Transfer weapons, armor, and items to other guardians Bungie is aware and is investigating.
