PS Vita/PSN HELP!
Morning men,
Here is my issue
I've bought my son a ps vita and wanted to get it set up for him ready for his birthday. I did it under my master account initially. But decided that I didn't want him having access to my main account as he'd buy everything and delete half my stuff lol
So I've set him up a sub account.
But when set it up initially I redeemed a Lego mega pack game for him. But now I've reset the vita and put it under his sub account I can't redeem the games again as I'm assuming it's tied to my master account.
Any idea how to get round this?
Also I deactived the vita on my master account and activated it in his sub account.
Now thinking that might have been the wrong thing to do as I think it might stop his account from gaining access to my PSN or free games. And maybe the Lego games I redeemed. But not sure how it all works to be honest.
Confused? I know I am!
Any help or advice would be appreciated

3 RepliesHi HT. I did something similar with a different games pack. The games downloaded to the memory card in the vita so when I changed the vita to the sub account I got a choice of either re- format the memory card and lose the games or skip the re-format and only use the memory card if I ever reset the vita and put it back to the main account again. After a lot of research I concluded I couldn't format the memory card then download the games again. I suppose a call to Sony could have given a definite answer but I was already at the end of my patience by that point! If you do find a solution please let me know! Don't know about the effects of switching the device between accounts, sorry, but happy to help test any theories.
