I'm glad for the bans, except...
...what if bungie bans the wrong people. Hell, bungie might screw up and ban people for simply being in the same lobby as the cheaters. I'm glad the ban is coming for the cheaters, but I'm afraid that bungie might screw up, too. It would be completely unfair, and if you complained "why did I get banned?" Everyone would simply accuse you of being a cheater, and that would happen because you were forced to fight someone using a lag-switch. Bungie, please be careful not to punish the wrong people. If innocent people are getting banned instead of cheaters, then I might just give up on this game.
Have you had some thoughts about this as well?

I hope it will work on a solid proof, if a person gets reported by 100 different people then chances are its the right person but I agree they will have to be carefull

Here's what's going to happen (maybe) Bungie will issue bans to innocent players Innocent players will get pissed off Bungie says they can't lift bans :/

I hope they don't make a mistake and think the guys with bad internet connection are lag-switchers since that would be kinda unfair

Just thought of it too So many people report for the wrong reasons so I hope they're not going to ban based off that info

Im sure some ppl that was in the clear will meet the ban hammer. It happens sadly
