I was riding my sparrow around Venus just boosting along with no enemies nearby, and all of a sudden, I die out of thin air. My sparrow kept going but my ghost just stopped on a dime for whatever reason.

Probably a lot of people have had fun with Phalanx shields... As for me, I think my weirdest one was in regular crucible and I was playing Control. Can't remember exactly how it came to happen, but I think I shot/meleed another person and next thing I know my person just slumps in the death-cam and it said misadventure. My guardian had a heart attack or something :/

I think this was during the Valus Ta'aurc strike, on a week it was Nightfall. My team had made it through to the boss, and two of them had died to random ads. I believe it was solar burn, so guess why. Anywho, I was running out to revive them, as they were nicely spaced out for my Light Beyond Nemesis, and I was struck by the tip of a Phalanx's shield. The thing sent me flying up and out through a wall, out into the space beyond. Don't look now, but apparently that strike has more glitches than we'd originally thought. So I was flying out there in space for a good ten seconds before I actually died, and my Ghost appeared on top of the boss room. I Self-Resurrected, thinking I could use the good old exploit, and went flying off into oblivion a second time. Both of these were counted as misadventures, but I like to call it: Revenge of the Shieldbearer.
