i guess this would make it easier for cauals to be lvl 34, most people have full vanguard marks anyway so it would be good to use them on something useful i'v ebeen doing all the PoE's each week since How dropped, i have 1 of each class so i seem to be swimming in etheric light, have upgraded all my exotics and raid weapons/armors and just deciding what to do with the rest
