Riddle of the First
This one's just for fun folks! As such, it probably won't be too hard for you to guess. Unlike my last one, I will not [i]require[/i] a full explanation for the answer to be counted as correct, but I still may ask for one. Just to make sure you know your stuff ;)

Who/What am I?
Three of one, one of many. The god of war ascends, traveling across the vast nothingness to find the truth, yes? I was the first of his children, but it was not easy. I warned them. We walked into the rising wind, looking for an answer. We traveled across the endless plain, again and again and again. The rain, falling in sheets. The rose, blossoming. After all, truth is where you seek it.

[/b] I assume this is "the god of war", the planet mars named for the god of war? [b]I was the first of his children, but it was not easy. [/b] He and his crew were the first to be transformed by the traveler, greater life span, and mental capabilities. It was not easy because he had to manually bring the ship to a landing after one of the engines failed. [b] I warned them. We walked into the rising wind, looking for an answer. [/b] His first words were about a coming storm upon their landing site, but went down as a warning of the coming darkness [b]We traveled across the endless plain, again and again and again. The rain, falling in sheets. [/b] This is reference to the trip they took, "the walk" you see the astronauts take to get up to the traveler. [b]The rose, blossoming. [/b] This is a reference to mars, by the grimoire (Dreams of Alpha Lupi) which is Alpha Lupi "talking" to a new mars. [b]After all, truth is where you seek it.[/b] This is a reference to the Crux/Lomar weapon Truth grimoire ("...is where you seek it.") known for its tracking ability. I assume this is indirectly connected, as he wanted to believe he would see something beautiful. Or more generally that we see what we want to see.

[b]Three of one, one of many [/b] The 3 astronauts video is a group that went to investigate and saw the "rain on mars" (see grimoire), one of many more people to go to mars. ?
