Why not drink cranberry juice? Or put cranberries in the taco?

Why cranberries? Cranberries are cranberries, aren't they? Why not.... Potatoes... Or... Frog legs? See? Aren't potatoes able to power a lightbulb, therefore when I eat one, making me the Electro?
