Does anybody use Vestian Dynasty?
I've never seen anybody use it in PvP. Honesty, I'm a little afraid to even try it. I've been building mine up lately and j think it's a lot of fun. It even kills more quickly than my Red Death. With that crazy high rate of fire, it seems like it'd be sort of doable in PvP.
I've heard some people say they like using Dreg's Promise, but I haven't received that bounty yet.
Edit: I tried it out a couple times in PvP. Coincidentally, those matches were almost 100% shotguns, so it was interesting. It makes quick work of shotgun runners, but it's going to take practice to get the aiming down. The times I was able to aim it well I managed to take them out almost every time. The problem is they only need to get you in the crosshairs for a split second, while you need to keep on them for multiple shots. It's easier said than done, since it all happens so quickly at close range.
Edit 2: I'm sold. This thing kicks ass once you get used to it.

It's amazing, it's to be used as a gap closer between auto rifle/shotgun to avoid being shotgunned.

2 RepliesI am using a sniper rifle now. But I used to use it as an alternative to shotguns. If you are within the shotguns range, you will not win. Unless you react faster, then you may come out with a tie. (Both of you die). But at a small distance, it is a force to be reckoned with. ( my opinion )

I've seen a few people using it in Iron Banner. I'm gonna to give it a shot tonight.

It is great in IB, if you know how to use it. I do very good against shotties by keeping your distance. It is my only special weapon in IB.

About half of my kills were from Vestian, the rest from grenades and Red Death. I'm totally convinced. I'm think I'm in love with this thing now.

The sidearms are really good, it's just that the bullets they fire travel very slowly to the point that you have to lead your shots if someone is 10 meters or more away from you. And if there's lag involved, even more judgment is required on your part to lead the shots.

4 RepliesIts trash and so is dregs promise until the range and hit detection works properly. Takes 4 headshots shots to kill a guardian in the same range a top tier shotgun will 1 shot you.

I use it on strikes when i face vex. It has a secret perk of not setting of hobgoblins immunity burn thing. With an accurate shot it also crits enemies to an easy death.

2 RepliesTrying to complete sidearms grimoire 5000 kills using Vestian. Dregs Promise is such a frustrating gun to use so would leave it till last of the three ciphers.
