MaKe an "exotic" rocket launcher the same dps as other launchers.... thus rendering it a non-exotic exotic BECAUSE ITS NO DIFFERENT TO THE OTHER S HIT.

I see the problem as being they are trying to appease two types of player base. Specific gun type lobbies would instantly sort out any tears of weapon types. Most fps's do it.... even cod.[spoiler]being it in part???? Wow...... im stupid[/spoiler]
