To be fair, I finally got my hawkmoon about 2 months ago and I don't even like it. Pretty much upgraded to the holding aces perk and stopped using it. There are much better legendary primaries for PvE, and if I'm going with a handcannon in PvP it's going to be TLW hands down.

I don't even... What? I don't understand that at all.

Hawkmoon is the best PvE handcannon. Best dps on bosses not to mention it looks godly.

Edited by aero198: 7/29/2015 6:19:45 PMI disagree that it's the best in PvE, I won't argue the dps on bosses but over all fatebringer outclasses it for clearing rooms of ads and taking down shields. And on the topic of bosses, if you're not using heavy or special... You're taking too long.
-
If you don't have heavy or special hawkmoon is hands down the best for bosses. Handcannon wise. Fatebringer is honestly overused not to mention it looks like shit.
-
Who cares what it looks like? (Besides I like the look) and it used so much because it's legendary, so you don't have to waste an exotic slot, and it has firefly and arc burn. Hawkmoon has no burn, prevents me from using something like icebreaker, g-horn, LoW, ect. and has a terrible reload. Forgive me if its not up there on my choice of weapon for PvE.

Oooh! you gonna struggle when it's nerfed, one last worder down!
-
Actually they are buffing my play style with it... And I still primarily use pulse rifles right now so it's not a big deal...

Fair play

Hand cannons are getting nerfed into the ground, except for Hawkmoon, that's why I want it.

Even after the nerf I won't be using it, I hate the kick and slower fire rate. Plus the nerf that's affecting the handcannons the most (range) is still affecting hawkmoon as well so don't know what you're talking about. Pulse rifles are my baby these days anyways.
