OP and anyone who agrees with OP are wearing tinfoil hats.
I want you to [b]prove beyond a shadow of a doubt[/b] that the majority of the content from the first two expansions was present on the release disc.

There is many of videos floating around of people's games glitching out and missions being shown that were part of the DLC's. I'm not one of the mad crowd about it but there's no doubt in my mind content was cut to be used as the first two DLC's.

But do you seriously believe they had the entire dlc done and removed it to sell it as dlc? No. That's BS. They wanted to experiment with some things that they knew they wanted to add (e.g. the Reef) and those things weren't going to be done when it was time for release. So they scrapped it to save for dlc.
