Why do you think the fate of all fools is so hard to find even with the RNG system? I mean it is Random after all so someone should have had it drop (legitimately) by now right??? Well if it doesn't drop then it should soon. It will give people something new to obsess over besides the Gharllys and hawkmoons...but I guess thats what the new dlc is for.
