If you're a fan of the P&T, you might want to try using the Low-grade humility. It has the same damage model, but it can be re-rolled for optimized perks, no field scout though…
with shortgaze and hidden hand it has an aim assist on par (if not better than) patience and time. The main downside is that it doesn't have Agg. Ballistics, so it can't kill through res shields in 3v3 game modes.
I have one equipped on my titan, with a "perfect" roll, although unflinching is a perk some people don't like, I notice it a lot, as I'm a little more aggressive with my snipes. If you can, get snapshot, quickdraw or injection mold, as they all increase weapon ADS speed, although I'd personally recommend quickdraw or IM over snapshot. Any sniper with a high aim assist and quick ADS time can be used for flashy plays and montages. I've personally made a few shotgunners rage with a quickscope from the Low-grade.
Another great sniper is Her benevolence, I'd recommend the same perks as are on my Low-grade humility, but you seem more passive of a player, so performance bonus or replenish would be just as good.
Edit: forgot to mention, using aggressive ballistics on P&T is really beneficial, it lets you res-snipe and kill through overshields; the sacrifice to stability is unnoticeable.

I'm not a big fan of unflinching or hidden hand myself. They seem overrated for sure and doesn't make a huge difference either way. I really like snapshot( it's on my Speer) I've actually dismantled a few low-grades. I might try and keep one now. I feel like I get a lot. And yes I've been trying to get her benevolence! I know it's dirty and I really want it. Can't wait to finally get my hands on one! But thanks for the great input!

Yeah, unflinching is for aggressively-in-your-face-sniping. That's closer to my way of play and performance bonus isn't consistent enough to warrant using for me, unless i've spent hundreds of weapon parts and can't get a perfect roll. Hidden hand isn't something you want to ignore though, not only does it make some difficult shots piss-easy, it also makes simple things like drag scoping much easier. Not to mention that every other perk in that slot is kinda useless, such as rodeo or mulligan.... Quickdraw will give you the same ADS speed bonus as snapshot, along with faster draw and ready time. Injection mold gives the benefits of quickdraw (to a slightly lesser extent) AND adds stability, with a slight sacrifice to range, which, is mostly not important on sniper rifles. Snapshot works too but I wouldn't scoff at quickdraw or IM. Do whatever works best for you though, this is just what I've found to be the most effective for the current sniper perks.
