I can't kill them when they've been dead for a year and a half and 2 DLC's came out and I'm across the map killing the final teammate and the crutch using warcock self cheeses and revives his other teammates and one shots me with the last crutch or thorn

  • You don't have a team mate guarding body's? As soon as they radiance, shot gun then melee, or two shot guns then melee, it should kill them

If they're stupid enough to self res in front of me I always just shotgun melee them or headshot snipe them but since there is absolutely no timer for the self res they can just save it for the whole round which is ridiculous

  • How? You can save any other super for the whole round.

  • Because they don't bring you back to life, it's not hard to understand

  • You can very easily kill a self res warlock, I don't see why this augment is even happening

So how do you kill a tank when you've just killed their last player, all of a sudden you're being attacked and grenade spammed, unable to get close enough to kill them. First you assume that people have to be carrying a shotgun to quickly kill them, then you assume that you are near the target that self rezzes, which is s stupid thing to do as more often than not you'll end up dead. They CAN be killed if you got the right tools but the issues is how long they linger in death, I been killed so many times while reloading or just because I have no secondary ammo, where the entire team was thought to be dead. It's not on

  • One shot to the head with a sniper should kill them, a few shots with a hand cannon, or just run and wait for it to run out, revive your dead team mates, and pick up special. Or use a FoH to kill the warlock or a golden gun or any other super aside from ward of dawn

  • I mean you die in the beginning of the round and you can stay dead the whole round and then use your self res a minute in, that's what's stupid about it

  • Still if you want to nerf the fireborn perk then you should want all supers nerfed

  • How? None of the supers have game breaking effects in trials? The self res is just fine in regular crucible because you auto respawn in 10 seconds but in trials there isn't a time limit since obviously there isn't any respawns so you can stay dead as long as you want and revive whenever you want, it's balanced in crucible so it should be the same in trials and even pve, it's a perfect nerf and it won't affect pve or regular crucible, just make the super fair in trials. Sorry if you're butthurt because you can't accept the fact that your crutch isn't fair compared to other supers

  • How would it not affect it in normal crucible, you still have the time limit, and no it is not a crutch your stupid -blam!-ing arc blade is as you can just spam R1 (or RT) and get kills and regen health, trials is supposed to be a stratigic game mode, and if radiance is used right then that's what it is.

  • Haha it's ok to be salty that your overpowered crutch is being questioned I know it hurts, don't worry I know you can't go flawless without it, please explain how the timer would affect regular crucible though? As of right now it already has a 10 second timer in crucible because of the auto respawn so it wouldn't change that at all

  • I'm not salty, I've gone flawless using a defender titian, I don't need it to go flawless. Also it's a 14 second respawn time, and if you die on a flag and want the enimes to come closer to you and then they come at the 3 second time on the auto respawn then you can radiance

  • Resing team mates should take priority unless you can finish off the guy, then you run and res your teammates, even if the warlock is on the other side of the map you should be able to revive your team mates before the warlock activates radiance

  • Haha no because it's instant, my teammates die taking out the infinite health ram warcock and so I can't revive them while I chase down the dude since I went the other side and the guy is weak anyways but he's running away like a pussy

  • There is a big difference between being a pussy and know you can't win a gun fight so you run to revie your teammates so you can win the round, at which point you should not chase him but go for your own team mates

  • I'm assuming you're the pussy that's gonna die no matter what but just decides to be a fag and prolong their death? He's gonna get to his teammates faster than I am so I have to pick him off so he doesn't revive his teammates

  • How is that a pussy move? Let's say it's 4-4 in your last trials game before you go flawless, you don't have a mercy. Your while team dies in the round and you activate radiance and then you get shot twice by thorn. Would you A) attempt to kill the person and untimely fail causing your team to lose flawless and have to start over Or B) run and revive your team mates to have the advantage and most likely win the game

  • Let's face it, most people are only gong flawless because they are a Warlock or have them on the team. What you fail to realise is the nature and rules of Trials is Elimination, the ability to self Rez breaks the essence of the gametype by allowing you to not be eliminated when you should be. Effectively, the super breaks the gametype because while you can beat people using it, when they do use it they have way to much of an advantage, especially when they can revive dead team mates if they are over the other side of the map

  • If you have one person watching the warlock then you are fine, you can kill them as soon as they res, also I've gone flawless triple titan, which means you don't need to have a self res warlock

  • If your the only one left chasing down the last guy then you won't be watching the guy on self Rez will you?

  • Revive your team mates, chances are you will come across one, while you chase the last guy

  • That's theoretical though, it's most likely not going to happen if they aren't running in the direction that your team mates died. More than likely they are actually baiting you away so the Warlock can Rez, revive their other team mate and come hunt you down. But depending on where their team mate is, if they do run away and your standing guard waiting for the Warlock to Rez, you're just giving the guy running away time to grab ammo and take shots at you

  • True, typically I will go for res as one of the team mate that I run trials with can get a quad right when the games starts and then he goes to finish the last guy off while I get the other guy that we do trials with and if a warlock uses self res then we triple team them
