Those who do VoG now as 32-34...
...don't know the pain of the old days of playing as 26-29s. Bump if you remember the pain.

Hell yeah, !! There doing something with Crotas end raid and VoG probably just upping level difficulty? Adding new things? (Doubt it) saw it somewhere confirmed forgot where though.

Ya and there were no raid finders in the recruitment area so you had to use the community tag for finding a team.

I did normal for the first time as 28 pre dark below and got the boot because someone left and another joined and the person that left wanted to join again, so the lowest level without a mic got the boot.

Umm.... Pretty sure at levels 26-29 I was sniping Oracles from top, Pushing Templar off ledge and pushing Atheon off. Wasnt too stressful or painful.

The pain came from the fact that the game simply refused to spit out that ONE stupid item needed to get to 30 after beating the thing dozens of times. VoG's RNG was just way too out of control. It was fun the first few times with my clanmates, then the novelty wore off and it became a chore. It's fun to do once in a great while for nostalgia, but that's the extent of it.

8 RepliesRunning VoG blind the day after it dropped with a few people barely at 28 taking 9.5 hours is a great memory. Before anyone mentions "Wow you suck" the world first took 11 hours.

I remember the pain. Remember when getting past templar was an achievement. When beating atheon took hours of trial and error.

I did VOG right when I turned 26. It was one of the most frustrating, time consuming, yet exhilarating times I've ever had with this game.

I bought the game at the start of this summer. The second I was able to do a raid, I did(It was VoG). I was the at the lowest level eligible for it, and there was a shit ton of pain, but the rewards are even sweeter. Especially if u get the fatebringer on your first try :)

I was a reserve for our clans first run. They got to Atheon but could not kill him on the first night. On the Saturday we spent hours repeating that fight until we finally killed him.
