He doesn't fight and he likes that character so he won't lose it if someone randomly kills him

That's not a good reason

Trying to god mod and kill all if someone's characters isn't a good reason and if you fight him he's not unbalanced so I'd you kill him you have one but with you can't be killed by a nuke
