How on earth can people drink ethanol? I worked in an organic chemistry lab where we used ethanol as a solvent for recrystallization among other thing. No smell was a good smell in the lab. If I smelled anything I would immediately jump to my feet and figure out if I could solve the problem by simply closing a fume hood, else I would leave the room for some fresh air. Even to this date I freak out every time I smell ethanol thinking something is wrong. If I drink any amount of ethanol of any form I WILL get sick immediately and possibly throw up. I Never started drinking and I will not start.
P.S. Don't tell me I have been drinking the wrong "kind" of ethanol because I don't like ethanol in general. I know what it smells like, I know what it tastes like and I know what it feels like. I Should know, I worked with 99%v/v ethanol.
Edited by Zeamaphobick: 7/27/2015 12:26:45 AMIsn't that an opinion in it self making it redundant?
-
Yeah but seriously if you feel the need to call it ethanol your opinion is irrelevant not gonna lie
-
Would you rather that I call it Budweiser instead? Because I can do that.
