Well that's like saying that you can't use golden gun or fist of havoc. It gives the illusion of being OP when it's just like other supers. I find that using 1 super can almost guaranteed a win. But all supers are used at the beginning like blade dance, than later in the game like radiance (when you need to revive) so just because the opponents lost later in the round than the beginning, it gives the appearance of being OP. Plus a good impact sniper like her benevolence can 1 shot the fireborn and you can lock down the self Rez with a half decent sniper
