I think I am just going to start waiting the mandatory year to get all the content at a seriously discounted price don't really care to spend more than 100 dollars on a game that the story lasts 5 hours the only reason I keep playing is exotics I love getting more and get mad when I don't so basically meth.

Why buy any new game then? All games are cheap a year after release. Destiny is an MMO-Lite style game. The year one content is not really relevant in September so the price is just right. And if your only factor for a game is how long the story lasts, you probably don't play many games.

My main factors are if the story is good and if the game play itself is fun and exciting. Which is why I like battlefield 4 each match can be significantly different from the last with destiny in a strike I know where the enemies will spawn so my gun is preemptively pointed at that doorway or in crucible I know I will be shot by alot of thorns and shotguns.

lol im with you... imagine buying back into this game 5 years from now? endless and purposefully withheld content for free to who knows what kind of extent. i think destiny has nowhere to go but up... just need to wait out this BETA bullshit... less encyclopedia's for error codes no one has a fukin clue about and more of that content developers in ride alongs talked about being removed.

Or if you really want a game to play for 800 hours wait the full 10 years you will have shit to do for days. Of course with TTK I'm not pre ordering and waiting at least 2 weeks to see if there is some actual content to back a 40 dollar price tag and if weapons are the most they add they can piss right off.

Wait there's emotes oh screw that I'm on board now! Now back in the mind of an adult yea that stuff is stupid or if you are really desperate you can pay an additional 20 bucks to get that as well so you can pay the same price as a new game for a handful of guns a few backwards missions and maybe a decent raid and you can dance like a badass while you do all of it.

or just be desperate enough to think people will buy content they already own for the said insignificance. damn them for temping me to throw money at the screen... ok, back to being an adult too.
