Tex Mechanica May Be Included Among The Weapon Foundries.
Made a thread related to Tex Mechanica but Byf here illustrates my idea much better than I ever could.

Tex Mechanica is in the game. They obviously didnt show all the manufacturers just like they obviously didnt show all the weapons. Calm down
