Edit: This was created 2 months before 2.0 and was nothing speculation. I hope you all are all excited for the new class specific weapons like I am.

I'm kinda hoping this means new weapon types...like maybe some sort of rifle that fires a solid beam of energy but overheats and has to cool down...just an idea.
