I'm just kinda hoping that all these nerfs would make the game more balanced

Nerfs don't balance games. Giving people the impression that every class has at least one weapon that is truly great (that they can get themselves) does.

No, a nerf is given to a weapon that is to powerful. They nerf it, and it GIVES players more weapons to then use that can compete. If a nerf is to overboard, (like the nerfs Bungie has made, ie auto rifles, fusion rifles etcetera) then it could ruin the Meta

No, it doesn't. Auto Rifles should be a rpime example that you're spewing utter garbage. When you constantly nerf weapons, it turns into a vicious cycle. The worst part is that they are nerfing weapons to appease a minority of players that should really have no voice at all.
