Suros pack available outside the U.S.
Ok here again bungie with the F you to its population. Why the -blam!- is it only available out side the U.S. Yet again the largest portion of the community get screwed.

"Available to everyone outside the U.S." simply means that people outside the United States as well as U.S. citizens can get it, too.
