Suros arsenal not available to US players until January?
Am I understanding this correctly?

This is the way I understood it. Only player's "outside" the US.

The suros Pack is available to anyone that preorders any version of the taken king in any country. This is the same with the vanguard weapon pack and the rumored hakke weapon pack. It'll be available to any players who didn't preorder January 1st 2015 like the redbull quest
