Someone as charismatic and witty as the CM would make an excellent appeal to the design team to actually implement features that the community wants.

If the OP put half the effort into finding a fire team that he put into that post, he'd have no need for matchmaking. Sometimes we're so busy asking people to solve our problems for us, that we fail to see that we are the perfect person to solve them for ourselves.

Plenty of bigger games have matchmaking This is coming from someone who wouldn't have needed to use MM but I don't see a problem with it being optional to allow others to experience the content
