Guardians, Are you happy?
So I'm asking if you're happy with Bungivision and Destiny overall. We read all kinds of posts both for and against but I'm curious if we can't get a more definitive idea about what the community really thinks. I'm leaving out a middle ground on purpose. I'm sure you're not all happy or all mad but if you HAD to pick, which one?
Troll if you like but I'm only interested to know what the general feeling is.

I dont like the constant interference and nerfing of weapons nor do i like the constant push towards a horrible pvp experience that i dont like. These developers are the worst ive ever seen.

2 RepliesPersonally no. They advertised this game on having an immersive story that would go on and on. But instead it's shallow with Bungie telling us that if we want to know more, we must leave the game to go onto their website to read cards that give us a vague idea of what happened before we were brought back to life. Then, nearly a year after the game's release, and it appears Bungie did a bait and switch by making this a PVP focused game instead of the PVE focused game that they advertised. And after seeing their previous work, I know they can do better.

2 RepliesI've been a gamer since Atari. I love shooters, and have played all the Call of Duties since the beginning. I got hooked on Halo when it was first Bungie's child, and have played it all the way through 343's ownership. A good friend of mine introduced me to Destiny back in March of this year, and I have been exclusively hooked on it since. There's so much to do in this game. More than just the mindless killing to get a high KDR, Destiny has objectives to keep you interested in the game. I'm not the greatest PvP player, and with Destiny that's ok! I do like mixing it up in the crucible from time to time, but to be honest, I'm a PvE guy, and that's ok too. Not sure why people feel like they have to come on the forums to see who hates the game. If you don't like it, there plenty more games to play, but there are a ton of us Guardians who really like this game. If you're looking for the perfect game, you won't find it. You just have to find the one you like and go with it. If you decide you don't want want to play anymore then just stop playing, but don't come on the forums announcing that you're leaving as if you need validation to go... You don't! See ya! But it would be nice if you stayed. Just saying.

1 ReplyWell, I spend about 3-4 days a week "justifying" my satisfaction with Destiny. This what we're doing right now...this is part of the reasoning. I'll keep it short however...yes, I'm happy with the game.

2 RepliesYes. I'm satisfied. But I criticize, constructively, because I know this game can be even better. I care about it, that's why. Looking at the forums, people want more and change because they like the game, they want to see it evolve... just some of them don't know how to send that message out correctly.

I overall like it. Many people focus on what destiny could have been, or don't like the grind, etc. I don't play a whole lot, so it doesn't feel like as much of a grind, and overall it just has fun gameplay.

1 Replyi am not happy because after working my arse off on trying to obtain wvery exotic the gjally evades me continuously amd who gets it?????? ppl who get 4 kills during a nightfall just just reached the lowest level possible to get it. now that tkk is coming out they are freaking nerfing it... really??????? why not have freaking xur sell it for christs sake...oh... i just may wait until the end game content to become available so i can warp from 34 to 60 in a week instead of grinding like crazy.

Overall, yes. There's still some valid criticisms of this game and how it's being handled, and I'll continue to repeat them in an appropriate manner. But overall, I've had a lot of fun with Destiny.
