I've had some time to think over the changes that are coming with 2.0, and the only conclusion I can come to is that Bungie hates Hawkmoon. This exotic got a huge nerf with 1.1 and now is getting another one. It's one of the rarest drops according to Bungie, andin my opinion has one of the smallest hit boxes and aim assist. So in infinite Bungie wisdom this gun is OP. If you got 1 shotted by HM all I have to say to you is "Luck may have done the damage, but skill tagged your ass."
