You don't have to rebuy content anymore. $40 for TTK "Expansion" and $20 to upgrade to the digital collectors edition. $60 in total. Just a heads up.
P.S. Sorry you missed Queen's Wrath. Much more of a grind and less forgiving in terms of loot drops. Way more satisfying than stuff today IMO.
