The Necrochasm is such a poorly performing weapon that it's not even bad enough to be "interesting" to use. It hardly scratches the bullet sponge enemies that are stuffed full of HP, even with burns.

It is terrible compared to every other exotic in the game. It literally has the slowest time to kill (killing s major that is) compared to other weapons. It's awful

My clan calls it in the tickler. We are at the point where we don't have to figure out how to beat these missions. No reason to not have fun with it. While all those weapons you started are awesome, I just refuse to let this nerfed weapon sit lol.

We all have different perceptions of op. To me I think arc burn is when this weapon shines (the intended use before the nerf without burn). At this point changing weapons around to keep it interesting is all I'm doing.
