Was wondering if anyone had any advice on building up my subscribers on my youtube channel. I have been gaining subscribers every time I post a new video and don't expect to blow up or anything. I wad just curious if anyone had any tips I could benefit from.
My channel is heavily destiny content, i have like 10 videos total and started being active on youtube about 2 months ago.

From what I can tell, usually consistency is the way to go. Keep putting out videos for your audience. Diversifty the games. Always have fun with it. Make sure the video and quality are clear and consistent. If you do start to get comments, respond to your viewers and ask them what they would like to see from you.

I make machinima, not let's plays. Nothing I say can help you.

You put the meat in between the bread.

Buy them. But for real, just keep doing it on a regular basis.
-
Talk really loudly into the mic, almost to the point where you're screaming at your audience.

You'll get notice. Keep making vids buddy

Make all vids at least 720p. No one likes bad quality videos. You must have one of the following to get noticed Content. This is about the games you play and what type of video you make. Could be for entertainment or a tutorial. You will need to have the quality of being funny or insanely good at a game. You can also choose a bit of both. Know if your channel is dedicated to pure skill then you will always be expected to do well and your fans will go mad when you do bad at a game. Being funny makes everyone laugh and generally gets the better fanbase Know that stating off is the worst as the people with 1m subscribers always appear above you. Title your videos well to try and get them found easier. Never mistreat your fanbase. You will get the same treatment back. Also speak your mind to give more personality but try not to offend anyone. You will always get dislikes on what you do. If a video gets a much higher dislike percentage than others find out why.

I feel like Youtube nowadays is hard to grow on unless you are unique in some way. I'm mainly talking about Gaming channels. Because a while back (Let's say 3 to 4 years ago) not many people were making gaming videos and was SO much easier. It's kinda sad to see new gaming Youtubers start their channel and wonder why they aren't growing as fast. (Not talking about you OP) I have been wanting to start a Youtube channel for so long. But have never had the opportunity to do so. I'm the type of person that loves to entertain and make people laugh. Anyways, OP! I wish you luck! And also, don't acknowledge any hater, they're just jealous. :)

Learn to edit your videos well. Good editing makes a difference. Also, be loyal to your fanbase rather than trying to constantly gain more subs. They will notice. Streaming helps too. If you can start streaming regularly with scheduled times people will come. In time that number will grow, and your stream viewers and youtube viewers will sort of merge. Also, develop your video personality. Don't become anything or try to be something your not, just be yourself.

I'm not a YouTuber, but I would strongly suggest that you diversify your channel. Don't focus on one game alone. Branch out and do other games besides Destiny. If something happened to Destiny tomorrow, such as the servers permanently shutting down, you'll be in trouble real quick.

Keep at it bro. I'm building my channel right now too. Sub for sub?
-
Play games no one plays (gta,CoD,Destiny, etc) also just have Fun
-
Do it for fun, not the money/views. Be happy and enjoy it, naturally you will put out a better product and people will like it... unless you suck.
-
Post things people want to see.
