Community Wish List (old)

Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

Initially I was excited to see this post/list. But the fact that Year 1 weapons (or anything related) are completely absent from the list...I have genuine doubts about the validity of even asking the Community what we want. The cynic in me sees a list of things they already plan on working on. When they deliver their pre-determined list of features they can say, "See! The Community wanted it and we listened!" I have to say something about the year 1 weapons from the faction package. Right now to me they're just guns with ttk perks. I searched the database for ttk Devil You Know, and you know what? NO CROWD CONTROL! What made the gun great was that vendor roll with Crowd Control and Zen moment. Same goes to the Rapier. People love it because of the outlaw/firefly combo, but the ttk version is impossible to get it cuz firefly is not in the perk tree. Also, how come there is no year 1 favorite rocket, fusion, or pulse?

A developer who cares about who plays the game and you watch there stream and they comfort the community on stream to re assure us they give a crap at who plays and supports they're game.

1 ReplyI would like to play Destiny even if I'm not online, I think we should be able to simply patrol or even have an offline PvP mode. You and your friends can sign in to their respective Xbox or PS account and choose their Guardian according to the accounts signed in and play against your friends on the same console. We could fight against each other just to kill time or finally see who's the better Guardian. You could implement a solo and/or co-op mode much like PoE but for offline gameplay, you and your friends can see how far you can get or just train on teamwork and communication skills in a Survival mode. It's just I really like playing Destiny and I always have Live, but I don't always have Internet access so I'm restricted from playing my favorite game just because of that. JUST CONSIDER ADDING THE FOLLOWING: ONLINE: Private PvP Matches AND OFFLINE: Patrol Mode Multi-player Mode

2 RepliesUpdate is trash. Simple and easy, no new enemies or fighting style still shooting things same way. Could have at least gave a new sword type for hunters/titans/warlocks like dual Katanas/knives, axe/hammer, or a staff/rapier. And that new taken "shader" is a sad attempt at extending the games playtime or grind aspect, takes less than a couple tries to get everything. Do better.

YEAR 1 GAURDIAN AT 320..." I defeated ORYX over and over and finally I got to 320...months of grinding and luck on the raid and finally it paid off" BOUGHT THE GAME YESTERDAY GUARDIAN 330 LIGHT. .. "what is a raid ? And who is this ORYX you speak of?"
