Community Wish List (old)

Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

Another idea maybe it's been said before but here it goes. I remember Halo ODST they had these audio recordings about stuff that happen before the mayhem and I loved collecting them. I thought it was cool to listen to them while I was still wondering around. I was thinking bungie could implement this into the grimoire for the next game. Have the voice actors involved, it might cost extra for this but it would be worth it. That way we won't have to read because everyone just loves to read when they could be playing the game. Just a thought

New #recruitment forum looks great, but only if this feature was in game and did not involve adding and typing absurd gamer tags just like all other mmos let you find teams without having to add them on the system

Have it where only two types of weapons can be used in Iron banner like snipers and hand cannons only or shotgun and heavy weapons ..this will make things a lot more challenging and interesting

2 RepliesYou know what's funny? In a week of Battleborn being out there was three OP characters, how did Gearbox respond? By nerfing them but not making them unusable or weak. How long did you (Bungie) take to nerf one gun, Thorn, wasn't it five months? Shows how little you care and you can't say that's not true.

1 ReplySome sort of reforge, like an advanced infusion system where we could take perks from one gun and put them onto another and choose which perks we want to stay and go.

Winters run, the nexus, The devils lair... Just played those yesterday, remember those bungie? Why are they not in NF or the 41 strike playlist? Add all of the strikes that were fun.

1 Reply#1 what about a crucible playlist with all weapons un-nerfed! like a hawkmoon that is where it used to be on ps4 before the 2.0 patch, so xbox users would get to enjoy the power of the legendary hawkmoon. And for those who never got a gjallarhorn. #2 what if all legendary primary weapons had a 5% chance of dropping with a elemental type? Or a lower chance, it would give the destiny community a better urge to grind for the perfect gun and elemental type. Thought these would be cool for destiny, keep up the great work bungie!

Monthly raid where it would rotate with different modifiers as the ultimate challange. All challenges would be active.

Can we please add never have lag, I mean "skill" based matchmaking in the game to the wishlist? This single handedly ruins crucible on multiple levels.

Good to see a hardcore mode is on the wishlist. Now lets only hope the do it. A private match mode with custom settings would be an even better solution.

I want to see a day of the week or once a month or something where we can equip EXOTICS IN EVERY SLOT . I understand how OP some builds could be BUT I for 1 will have a lot of fun with ... I say on Mondays cause who would really wait all week long to get weekly stuff done...#communitywishlist

How about a Crucible mode that's the essence of casual play, where you drop in and out whenever you want and experience is awarded per kill (Vanguard for NpCs, and Crucible for your fellow guardians) so that U.S. Casuals operating under variable time pressures can level up without having to leave midway through a match? The games would run forever, sort of like a competitive patrol mode. (Please do this)
