Community Wish List (old)

Quoted below is the existing Community Wish List that was being curated by Destiny Player Support. I’m taking over this initiative and will be updating the list once a week. I love reading feedback, but we can all agree that there is a lot of it to sort through. In order to make sure you get your idea seen, post a new topic to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Topics/0/Default/None/Feedback]#Feedback[/url] forum and add the tag #CommunityWishList. This will give us an easy way to review all of your ideas you would like to be added to the list.
Please remember that this is not a To-Do List for Bungie. We can’t promise that every idea is being worked on actively. Our goal here is to confirm that your feedback has been received. Everything on this list are things that the players of Destiny have repeatedly asked for.

2 RepliesHey bungie, anyway to tweak solar gernade on warlocks....i mean i dont play them enough and would love to but right now i can only use solar gernades as choke points and cut offs ..the damage is alright but it doesnt last long at all , yeah i can get the gloves but meh why do that when it could possibly be implemented into the tree? Just saying ...would like to play warlocks again but just dosent feel like a killing machine lol. But probably just my opinion anyways ^_^ [spoiler]just an idea [/spoiler]

Dedicated servers. If a $20 game like rocket league can have them, I'm sure Activision has the money to provide this. I might actually try another 9-0 in trials, something I've only accomplished once in year one, and due to lag and dosers running crucible, I've never cared to try in year two. Peer to peer servers are the cheapest out for companies like Activision to save money, and rip off the consumers on multiplayer functions in games. I know it can't be done with destiny 1, but it's completely doable, and appropriate for the sequel. If dest2 has ptp servers again, I'm done. Haven't even pre-ordered RoI because I'm so tired of lag, lag switchers, and dosers. I want to get it, but the amount of times Bungie and/or Activision have dropped the ball, I'm wary. The old saying of fool me once has taught me not to pre-order. Just ask people who bought CoD ghosts or overwatch before release... I'm sure they regret pre-ordering those as much as I regretted pre-ordering HoW. You guys obviously watch what we say, most of the time, and i simply believe y'all should seriously consider dedicated servers for the next round. If you want us to buy it, anyway.

Prioritize a party team against another party team. Prioritize solo players with other solo players in the crucible.

Having major quests shared between classes/characters or the option for each character can be any class, similar to an actual MMO.

Make secondary ammo spawn faster. People just go around and use invective, icebreaker, and universal remote.

greetings bungie, I am a user over destiny I am Engineer and I belong to the older generation I am from a poor country like Venezuela therefore have no access to next-generation consoles because in my country is extremely high cost and not I was we allowed to import, that my console is destined to oblivion but just want to give them advice, or rather an idea that in return they already are doing more events activities and updates for the old console that not free, is leveled say all dlc along with the original game on the rise the level of light a high level that is elusive to keep us entertained all those who still continue hooked to the game, they have it all the economy is balanced, the raid are made, the maps are material changes are with the speaker, all this for us the older generation not to give into oblivion is a request for a player to state from the demo thanks.

Something you can purchase that will increase your chances at getting a specific type of drop. Example: purchase a buff that will increase your chances at getting a weapon instead or armor. Could even be more specific to primary, secondary, heavy... For a higher cost than generic weapon drop increase RNG loves to give me armor...especially boots

1 ReplyThe modifiers on the heroic strikes are great but it would be even better if modifiers could change from day to day or at least more often than once a week. Changes from strike to strike maybe excessive but interesting.

1 ReplyI would like for dead guardian orbs to not have hit boxes. They've foiled more than 1 sniper shot in my time in this game. I mean it is just like essentially when they're spread out like that.

Buy/trade chroma via vender. Chroma for end game or all gear. Show all shaders in kiosk. Show all emblems in kiost. Have ships and ghost have chroma useage. More class items have chroma. Have fireteam privacy settings. Exotics with chroma.

upon logging into Destiny, a feedback poll pops up and records data on the thoughts of players. This is to provide a different perspective to balancing issues other than statistics of most used/least used.

This isn't a complaint or anything, I personally enjoyed the combined arms playlist and I would like it to return. In my opinion, it was awesome because you can ride around on your sparrow and use the turrets and it was also a huge map. You can also find the perfect sniping points and kill those who aren't aware of their surroundings. Lastly, there were 3 heavy ammo spawns. Some people don't even know what combined arms is. Bungie, please bring this playlist back and let everyone else be able to enjoy it for the first time and also for the hundredth time(for those who have played Combined Arms before). About the vehicles, your sparrow wasn't the only thing you can drive. If you were able to reach it first, the big vehicle the cabal use (the one that shoots rockets and is silver) was available. I don't remember using pikes, but I believe those were also available. All you would have to do was reach a silver platform and I guess you'd just have to wait for one of them to spawn in. Normally, I'd get in the turret and shoot these things so they were dealt with easily.
