You don't have to be an elite player but damn you could use a few customer service training sessions. You and the rest of Bungie. The way you talk to your player base is appalling sometimes.

All I know is what I know. I listen to them talk in videos and I read the passive aggressive junk on their site and in forums. If I spoke to my end users the way they do I would be out of a job. That said, Deej has been better since HoW and at E3. The passive aggressive junk still comes through though. I'm glad he's cooled down the "too cool for school " attitude and is slowly becoming more professional and matter of fact with the weekly updates. Players owe studios absolutely nothing, save feedback if they want the game to get better. Studios owe the player base everything. You'd think given that context that Devs wouldn't be so arrogant and prideful/crochity when it comes to their design, but it comes across anyway.
