Just because your platform of choice gets exclusive content doesn't mean that content should just be given to you. You have to earn it the same way all the other PS4 users did, and Xbox users will have to.

Most of it is chopped up to sheer dumb luck. Barring raids and such it is all a slot machine worth of drops.

Well yeah. It is all RNG based. By earn it, I simply mean you have to play the game.
