Okay let's get down to it. Black Hammer is "A" not a pvp gun so no ones complained about it to begin with and "B" the fact that you're taking away White Nail makes the gun useless. Sure it doesn't exactly add up but the whole reason the gun is so beloved is because of that perk and how it works. I can see why you want to fix it and I'm sure others can too it's a bit OP (over powered) but rendering the gun useless isn't helping anyone. Bungee from me and all of the community....FIX YOUR S***!
