After leveling dead orbit almost exclusively since launch with all three current characters plus two I deleted and remade I have received three shaders between three and five times each (5 hanged man, 4 revenant, 3 nowhere) and three ships. Still haven't received bittersteel, though. Wish I could trade one of my duplicates in for what I don't have. I used to get a decent amount of weapons and/or armor with packages but since HoW anything other than motes is rare... And I'm playing a lot less probably contributes.
