The only people who abuse "squeakers" are still squeakers themselves. It's Napoleon complex. 15 year olds know how young they themselves are so they bully younger people to make themselves feel better about it.
I am 29 and I won't join fire teams asking for no squeakers, because I know whoever posted that is a petty 15 year old bully who thinks they are the king of Destiny.

I won't post it, because you never know what good player or interesting person would have been in your group if it wasn't for it. However if there's a kid in the fireteam getting annoying, acting like you'd expect from their age group, then they're going to get kicked. It has nothing to do with a superiority complex, it's more to do with work being stressful enough and I don't need another headache in my down time as well, otherwise I might as well just go postal.
