[b]Episode 5: Part 2[/b] The arena lay silent, echos of Shaxxs' voice bounced off walls. "Elimination" it said. I remember titan guards flooding into the arena. "We've been breached!" they exclaim. Everyone is in panic. One of our guardians was overtaken by darkness, relentlessly killing all that stood in his wake. I hear screaming, death... Where was i? It sounded chaotic and from what i could tell something horrible happend. *** [b][i]3 Hours Before[/i][/b] "Jellal get ready the match starts in two hours" Noble called to me from outside my door. I rose from my bed and walked over to the door. When i opened it i saw all of them waiting for me their gear set up for our final match. I threw on my armour and grabbed my weapon to join them. Guardians everywhere were awaiting the match in areas above the arena we would be competing in. The map was hand picked by saladin and as was the objective. Twilight Gap, Elimination. We stood outside in the tower courtyard looking at the leaderboards to see who saladin would take with him in his team. I saw but three names. Zavala, Shaxx, and Saladin. We would need to beat some of the best three titans to live in the tower. My stomach churned and i felt myself begining to crumple under the pressure, untill i remembered. Remembered why we were doing this. "You ready for this?" Crimson said looking at me with a concerned tone. I nodded to him and we walked to the hanger to fly to the arena. The tower was almost empty, nost of the guardians were there preparing to watch us battle the greatest men to ever enter the crucible. "Well lads, lets go show Saladin and his buddies how we do things" Noble said turning to face us. I put a hand on his shoulder and turned to my friends, "Lets" *** Shaxxs' Ghost rose to the top of the map and began transmiting his voice to announce the match. "Ellimination, destroy your enemy guardian." his voice boomed through out the vast area. Kieran pulled back the bolt of his sniper, Cat pumped her shotgun with exitement, and Crimsone loaded his auto rifle. We were ready. The buzzer sounded and Kieran made his way up a rusted metal beam to scope out the surroundings. Crimson and Cat went under the bridges out to bravo to flank off their location. Noble, Toland, and i went straight down the middle. "Any sign of them Kieran?" Cat asked through our coms. "Well i saw a hunter in all black heading towards Jellal and Noble." he said scoping his surroundings. A hunter? Did they have another member? No matter i was determined to win. Just before we passed a corner Saladin jumped down from above kicking Toland to the floor. Noble and i turnt to face him and he stared at us, his armour gleaming. He had no weapon but a knife and his fists. Not going to lie, this man was -blam!-ing terrifying. He charged at us and noble through his weapin to the floor and slid under his legs... Or tried to. Saladin grabed him by his cloak and tossed him like a paper airplane across the room. Just as he looked at me, a loud noise was sounded behind me and saladin stood there in front of me with a large thorn in his chest. All of our teams headed over to us even Saladins. Shaxx and Zavala called for the guards but was shot dead center between the eyes by the hunter that now stood in front of us. Crimson, Noble and i sat there in awe. Both ghosts tried escaling but were demolished by the over sised rounds of the hunters weapon. Their bodys laid there being eaten away at the wound of the weapon. A sniper round hit the gun but bounced off like rubber. I saw kieran across from us aiming down his scope. The hunter laughed in a deep unhuman sounding voice, "Nice try young one, but you just made a mistake" the hunter shot Kieran four times in his chest and he fell to the floor. This was a joke... This wasnt happening. The hunter continued to shoot the titan guards who now entered the arena. I stood there in shock. I couldnt move. Couldnt think. I then realized Noble, Crimson and Cat were running out from the arena with me on Crimsons shoulder. I couldnt comprehend what was to become of us or the tower itself. *** "We need someone whos an expert on vex" Noble said sitting on a rock. "Why? What are vex going to do? Make this situation worse?" Crimson said as he punched a larger rock. I could tell they were mad. I cant blame them. "Vex control time, if we can get their technology and manufacture it to take us back in time we can stop this from happening." he said getting up. I looked at him, "let it be, even if we could there's nothing we can do. If we go back we will be altering history" "Altering it for the better jellal, we can get Tosh back, Kieran back and all whoever else that guy killed." He said walking over to Jellal. "If we give up now, whos going to save them from that guy. Who" he said clenching his fists. I thought about it and realized. I could save Tosh, i could save Kieran and i could make this right.
