Grand idea! Like u say 200 vanguard marks for weeks is dead weight aside from upgrade materials which u don't always need and technically etheric light is an upgrade material also keeps it fair and still prt of the grind for the elusive light. However.... Will we still need etheric light for ttk? As i don't see your excellent idea being implemented before hand! Ovo new comers would benefit playing all content up to ttk with this depends how far you are into ur legend before it.
