Popular cars you hate?
What are popular cars you hate? I hate the Bugatti Veyron. Yes it's a technical marvel, and is beautifully built but I hate it. I respect it's performance figures, and its' place in history. I really don't like it though. It's not that pretty and doesn't excite me at all. It's expensive to buy own and maintain. It's quite ostentatious, and is a fanboy car. In every forum discussion someone always says"The veyron is the bestest car everest cuz itz fast." It gets irritating dealing with that. Even if I had crazy money I don't think I would buy one. I feel very similar to the NIssan GTR too.

I more or less hate some cultures that surround certain cars but not the cars I can like most performance oriented cars on any level. If they hadn't brought the Camaro back I would have happily bought a 5.0, so on and so forth. Not so sure I'd ever want to own a Chrysler product though, not so much hating the brand, my moms side of the family owns just Chrysler stuff, and I've never seen new cars with so many problems out of the box.

I hate Bugatti also but respect nothing about them. They did what hotrod builders have been doing for years with the W style engines. Cars with less than half the cylinders and displacement are able to destroy it around a track. They only care about top speed and went about it all the wrong ways. The best Bugatti has 16 cylinder and 1300 hp and can only put up the same lap time at Nurburg as a Nismo GT-R which only has a 3.8L V6. Bugatti will never be able to compete with Porche and Koenigsegg for fastest performance vehicle. (Top speed doesn't mean shit, if the car can't turn)

My disdain is more toward those individuals who are so adamant that their car choice is THE end all of all cars before and to come. I can appreciate a lot of vehicles. I just don't like all of them. But I really can not off hand think of any I hate. Except the Nissan Juke. That thing is just hideously ugly.

Prius's, the damage done to the environment to make the batteries is in no way compensated by their fuel usage, which is still higher than that of the Volkswagen tsi, which has a turbo and a supercharger. Thy explaining that to the morons who buy them.
