It's fine as is it allows higher player to pull lower ones through tough encounters and dosent break any mechanics just make things take less time. Why would you argue that you want to spend more time doing the strike you have done 100 times already? And even if you don't have it you have reaped the rewards every time you have grouped with some one that does.
