All I'm saying here is I think it's a very valid change. Nowhere in the nail perk did it say free ammo. Just instant reload. I'm totally fine with this change, and I can't understand how people have their panties in a twist over it. It's not hurting anything. It's taking an obscenely overpowered gun and bringing in line with the rest of the sandbox. Anyone who refuses to acknowledge that BH's free unlimited instant ammo is insanely overpowered could give an ostrich a lesson. This way, the new way, players might actually have to sample and gosh forbid enjoy the full weapons sandbox. And, maybe, actually work at beating a boss.

 • So you are indeed saying that it's not so easy to just pick up ammo and the nerf is indeed nerfing the gun?

 • I won't use the word nerf because it's fixing a bug that quite frankly never should have made it into production. Or they should have said "free" in the perk text. I suppose it could be perceived as a nerf, and I wouldnt argue against it because semantics.

 • There have been 2 Black Hammer patches so far, both of them involved fixing White Nail and Hive Disruptor. White Nail is exactly as originally intended right now, otherwise it would've been addressed in one of those two previous patches that focused exclusively on white nail already. It's a nerf.

 • Or it wasn't fixable at that time. Also a distinct possibility given the level of complexity you're looking at with a game like destiny. Call it Phlebas or whatever, I still stand by the assertion it was done with the larger context in mind and will be a Good Thing.

 • You can stipulate wild theories all day, but logic dictates that there's no reason a Dev would patch a gun for the purpose of breaking it. And I disagree with your assertion that making a gun less useful and less fun is a good thing in any way.
